Cortney // Senior Session

I know, I know. It's been like FOREVER since I have blogged anything. It is definitely a mission of mine to start blogging more. I take so much pride in my work. I love what I do and I love to show it off. And what is a better way to begin blogging again than by starting with this amazing senior session with Cortney?!

Cortney graduates from Plainview this school year. She is so gorgeous and a professional at posing in front of the camera. She must have gotten her kind-heartedness from her mother, Amy, who was my second grade teacher (and my favorite elementary teacher ever)! As I edited Cortney's photos, I kept thinking she reminded me of someone and then I realized, I think she looks a lot like Melissa Benoist who plays Marley in the television series, Glee.

The weather the day of our session was moody and gloomy. I actually love to shoot in weather like this. It makes for dramatic shots which turned out perfectly for Cortney's cheer shots in the Plainview football stadium. Being inside that stadium made me feel so nostalgic thinking back about high school football and marching band. I'm so glad Cortney chose me as her senior phtographer. I couldn't be more happy with the way her photos turned out!
