Christmas // 2014

Our Christmas was a busy Christmas this year! Christmas Eve, me and my son made a salt dough ornament with his chubby little hand print mashed into it and then painted it. Usually my son gets to make ornaments at his daycare, but not this year. They have been closed down due to a huge flu outbreak for the past couple weeks! Benson managed to not catch it as far as we know. He has been happy and healthy. I don't mind spending any extra time with him either!

After painting our newest ornament, we wrote Santa Claus a letter. This was the first year we got to do fun stuff like this. He is three now, so he understands now that Santa is coming by to bring him lots of goodies. And after that, Aaron came over and we watched Jim Carrey's A Christmas Carol while eating cookies and drinking hot chocolate. Not to worry though, we saved a few for Santa!

The next morning we woke up and opened all of Santa's gifts, and mom and Aaron's gifts. Then we had Christmas again at my parent's, Gran Gran and Paw Paw. Then Christmas yet AGAIN at Aaron's parent's, Nana and Papa Joe. Benson had a blast. We ALL had a blast. And we were all wore slap out by the end of the day.

I hope you all had a very merry Christmas as we did.

Also, check out one of my favorite gifts this year. I can't wait to play with it.

Aaron made me stay up to help him move the desk in the living room and then was too sleepy to watch my new movie. What a stinker.

(Hey, I bought those shoes. They're cute, right?)

We also got a new puppy. He is a full blooded yorkie. Meet Hugo!

Have a happy new year!
